Pilates is for everyone
Pilates is an effective and safe method that can be practiced by everyone, regardless the physical activity level or previous experience. Pilates sessions are tailored to the needs of each participant. There is usually one coach per person or a person is working in small groups under close supervision.
Exercises adapted to each level
Pilates includes a series of controlled exercises on specially designed equipment. The advantage of these devices is the adjustable resistance. This allows the training to be adapted to each level and each participant. There are also exercises on the mat performed with multiple students simultaneously.
